Unfortunately no I am running Osmos in XP. Still no sound and when i quit the game i get an error with the option to send a bug report to windows (you know the one)

I just bought osmos off of steam. And cant get the sound at all. I downloaded the oalinst and installed it... still no joy... any ideas?
