Re: Zen attractors

Ok, everyone will have their own way of doing this, but I don't see any harm in giving you some pointers - it's still hard work! ***SPOILER STARTS*** Slow the game down. Turn on orbit guides. Start thrusting directly away from centre, in the same direction you start in. Eventually you will break orb...

Re: Osmos Support

Hi Dave, Well the problem had gone away, but now it's back. :( I tried nofonts but it still caused the same problem. Playing Ambient Impasse forever, a sudden flicker of the achievements page followed by slow-down and speed-up, weird animations, zooming ridiculously into the mote, a dark blue screen...

Re: Osmos Support

Re: update

Hi, Go to [My Documents] and find the [Osmos] folder. In there is a file called config.cfg. Open it with Notepad and it will look like this: ///////////////////////// // variables soundDevice "1" maxFramerate "80" displayDepth "32" allowAutoUpdates "0" promptA...

Re: random lockups

@lordnikon: this is interesting. When I had similar problems in GTA:SA I used to load the game, alt-tab to desktop, bring up task manager, right-click GTA:SA and "set affinity" to CPU 0 (by unticking CPU 1) and this solved the problem for me. Sounds as though what you're suggesting is a be...

Re: Big problem - no "save/reload level" for multi user

I don't know which file is which, sorry. However, I figured I could logically do this because when you start Osmos for the first time, you don't have a directory in your documents folder called [Osmos]. It creates it when you start the game. So, I renamed the directory to see what would happen. And ...
