Hi there! To delete your progress and start again, please uninstall and reinstall Osmos from the Google Play store. Osmos does not support multiple user profiles or multiple save states. Hope you enjoy the game.

Re: No audio and Doesn't exit in Samsung Galaxy I9100G
Hi everyone, At long last, we have fixed the issues on the I9100G and the update is now on Google Play! The I9100G is now a supported device for Osmos, meaning it's not blocked from finding Osmos in the Google Play store anymore. The update has also been submitted to the Humble Bundle and will be av...

Re: Crashes on ICS 4.0.3 MyTouch 4g Slide
Hello Narhim,
Unfortunately, we do not offer official support for custom ROMs. We recommend consulting with the ROM's developer about the issue and/or reverting to a previous ROM where Osmos functioned correctly. Good luck!

Re: Move game data to new phone
Hi folks, At this time there is no way to extract the save game file from Osmos on an Android device without having root access to your device or installing a third-party app which gives you this access. If you'd like to go this route, the save file is located at this filepath: /data/data/com.hemisp...

Re: XOOM stuttering audio with Bluetooth headphones
Thanks for the additional information. We haven't had any other reports of bluetooth headsets functioning improperly with Osmos on Android devices, but we will keep an eye out in case it becomes an issue. In the meantime, we recommend that you use regular headphones to fully enjoy Osmos's soundtrack...

Re: No audio and Doesn't exit in Samsung Galaxy I9100G
Hi again, We've really been having terrible luck acquiring one of these devices. Our first lead strung us along for a while but then lost contact. Then we were going to have one of our engineers' wives try to buy the phone for us while she was out on a business trip in Asia. But we've finally found ...

Hi all,
The Osmos save file path is here: /data/data/com.hemispheregames.osmos/files/Osmos/Osmos.sta
You'll need to root your device in order to access this file. There is no way to access it without rooting at this time.

Re: Paypal please!
Hi heckcat, Thanks for your interest in Osmos! We understand your situation, but unfortunately we don't have a way of accepting PayPal payments for the Android version of Osmos at this time. The only distribution channel for Osmos right now is Google Play, and so anyone who would like to purchase th...

Hi there,
Thanks for reporting this. Our team has a couple of questions for you:
- Are you running stock ICS or a custom ROM?
- What is the brand and model of your headset?
Thanks for helping us investigate this!

Re: Works on HTC incredible
Hi Cryous, Thanks for the feedback about the HTC Incredible - it's great that you're enjoying the game. We reviewed the device's performance with regards to Osmos and found that the vast majority of data points for frame rate were lower than acceptable for playing the game (the cutoff for acceptable...
