Bought the wrong version?

I've had a Mac copy of Osmos for years and enjoyed it very much. I saw it again in a roundup of iPad games on Kotaku and bought it from the app store (using the link provided in the Kotaku article!). However, when I run it I get the 1x display that looks like an iPhone size rather than the full iPad2 resolution. Now I see on iTunes that there is a version specifically for iPad. Did I purchase the wrong version? What are my options here?

Indeed, it sounds like you bought the iPhone version. Links to both iPad and iPhone versions are here: http://www.hemispheregames.com/faq-ipadiphone/#meta_buy

We don't control billing on the App Store, but you could try requesting a refund from Apple. (A link should appear on your purchase record from iTunes.)

The good news is, we're having a 99-cent sale on both the iPad and iPhone versions now, so either way it'll be cheap to pick up anything you want that you don't already have! :)
