Connected on two different devices to Google+ with the same account.
On the first device, a Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone, Arcade and Multiplayer modes are now available.
On the second device, an Asus Nexus 7 tablet, Arcade mode is not available instead Multiplayer mode is available, and also Odissey levels are behind.

Is there anything not working or Google Game Services are used only to support Multiplayer mode?

Sorry for this new post, seen the answer on cloud progressing on the post "Move game data to new phone".

I'll wait implementation on Android also.
