Technical Issues with DL Link of Actual Copy

It's said in the generated e-mail (I assume) sent to me early this morning that I only had access to 5 attempts with the DL link that was provided.
Now this would be PLenty if only the link would actually work.
I get linked to the url that has the dl link.
So the link from the e-mail of course is just fine, it's the actual dl link that is the problem.
The first time like all times you have to have patience but so far out of the 3 attempts that I've tried thus far only the first try actually worked.
It was slow at like 9.3 kilobyte a second, but it was moving, that's all I cared about.
But then it just failed out on me with no luck since -.-.
So I guess what I'm asking is I hope it's resolved soon.
The last thing I think I wanna try next is another 2 attempts to DL the installer of Osmos if it's just going to 'not' work in the end.
Then I really will have no hope.
