I experienced the "no-text" linux bug while trying the demo. It didn't really pose a problem.

A couple of days later, I introduced a friend to the game who has a Windows PC, and saw the game with the text.

I think I preferred it without, actually - I liked the sense of discovery. But, I'm wondering if I've missed anything. Do you have plans to update the Linux demo to the version where the no-text bug has been fixed?

Thanks for your post! Yeah, there's something about 'no text/HUD' that really adds to the ambience, hey?

That said -- the game does indeed benefit from a bit of tip/hint text. We've got an updated Linux demo in the pipe; going to be live in the next few days. Will keep you posted!
