slow Osmos at start

Hi guys,

I purchased Osmos from steam and i've some problems on starting the game.
The Hemisphere-logo fades in very very slowly (about some minutes)! It's not playable.

my computer:
Intel C2D E6750
Gigabyte EP45-UD3R
4096MB-DDR3-RAM
Zotac GeForce GTX260 Amp² 896MB

with Windows 7 Professional 64bit

I've updated chipset driver, graphic driver (195.62_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_international_whql), installed openal manually ... nothing helped
Only the ingame sound works fine.

(same problems with full version and demo)

I regret my bad english and I hope someone can help me.

Hi boizterus,

This is definitely a graphic driver issue as described in the first part of http://www.hemispheregames.com/faq/#tech_hotrod.
If updating your graphics driver doesn't help, then please be patient until next week, when we'll update the Steam version to support D3D.
