Unable to access upgraded version of Osmos

Hello:
I was just now informed that a new version of Osmos exists and I immediately attempted to pull it. Unfortunately, my download link is telling me that I am "out of PC downloads". I have only been to the download link twice prior to this message. The FAQ states that the download links are good for 5 attempts.

Can I please have my download link count reset so that I can gain access to the new version?

Good point! I just reset everyone's download count. (Should be good for five attempts.)
