I got the link and started downloading...very slow...then it stopped at 54%. Every time I try to start it up again it immediately stops. I'm reluctant to just begin again since the email with the link says you only get five tries, and it might hang at the same place.

I can understand the slow download if there's lots of traffic, but I don't understand why it has stopped.
