buy direct 3 for 1 offer
I appreciate the offer of buying direct and getting the Windows/Mac/Linux versions all for the same price. However, the reality is that most people are only using one OS. The real motivator would be if you could pay you $10 directly and get one computer and one mobile version (e.g. Windows + Android...

Re: thin bounding boxes on every object in game
Oops. Looks like they're checking referref. Proper link: Java Decompiler > sounds like a video driver bug Totally agree with you. I'd report this to xserver-xorg-video-intel developers if I could translate it to their language (probably something like "off-by-one error causes texture blits to s...

Windows LIVE achievements with Full, Glorious version?
Hi Hemisphere, Great game! I'd like to purchase the PC version for the Windows LIVE achievements as I play. If I purchase the Full, Glorious version directly from your site, will I be able to play via Windows LIVE? I'm under the impression I would need to purchase directly from GfWL in order to use ...

Re: Physics suggestion
One small note, you cannot gain infinite speed by bouncing off the walls. This is limited by the relative speed of matter expelled from your mote. I'm not certain, but I think you're wrong. Imagine this scenario: you expel matter behind you (gaining speed), and your ejected matter bounces off the w...

Re: Physics suggestion
yes!!!!!! reference frames! that would be a kooky game if the background had a variable velocity. I'm sure there are difficulties associated with this though. I had a similar idea for reference frames when thinking about the epicyclic orbit levels. If there was some command like alt+f to switch bet...

Re: Osmos Feedback
Hi Eddy, I just purchased the game on Steam (two actually, I ended up buying one for a friend I was so impressed). I registered here just to thank the developers. I'm only a few levels in, and my mind is blown. Absolutely incredible game, I can't fault it in any way (though of course additions will...

Physics suggestion
Some levels start with everything on the field at a dead stop. Nothing is moving the slightest bit. Yet at the end of the level, you can encompass >99% of the level's mass and be moving at high speed! What's happening is that you can get free acceleration from the immovable walls. For example, say y...

Re: Osmos Feedback
I'm a few levels in (on the steam version, which downloaded in less than 30 seconds by the way
). No complaints yet, although the tip text for speeding up time was just a name. It looked something like "Tip: %timespeedtiptext%"
