I would say buy a stand alone copy of the game and blow off Steam and Impulse. You would really own the game and never be beholden to the whims of Valve or Stardock, but truly own the game outright.

While playing the game it occasionally/intermittently displays the screen that says, buy the full game, and a list of the various levels (locked of course). It will then disappear and reappear every few moments. It makes the game rather hard to play! :) Is this a known problem? If so is there a solu...
