Re: Listening to my own music
I also have the (iPad) iPod app music fading out halfway through "Hemisphere" logo at start of game.

Re: Zoom control (touch / pinch-zoom) suggestion...
Yes, I know... bordering on obsessive now!
Further to the zoom comment, you could also try zooming out to both diagonal opposite corners (proportionally calculated simultaneously, based on screen size?) to get a totally smooth zoom out?

Zoom control (touch / pinch-zoom) suggestion...
When using iPad and touch/pinch-zooming the play field, it might be nice to consider how close the mote is to the edge of the play field and smoothly adjust the 'edge-grab' calculations so it does both X & Y adjustments in proportion to the nearest corner location (instead of one at a time?). At...

Menu control suggestions...
I few items that might be handy in future updates... 1. Would you consider saving the current 'game' on exit, or at least the current 'game type/level' on exit, so that on return to the game, there is a 'Continue last game' button, instead of drilling through back to the correct one? 2. I have accid...

Re: Osmos + Elite ?
Yikes! That's a seriously obscure connection to the old Elite trading game...
. Although Elite definitely had it's time, i find it hard to imagine how Hemisphere would (could) extend Osmos into that sort of game play? Better drag out the old Amiga and just stick to the original??

ITunes (like when purchasing) knows that I'm in Australia and forces me to the Oz store, so I can't make comment on the US store.

Re: Fun to Frustrating in no time flat
ZamboniMan, I hear what you're saying... Didn't mean to be so attacking, but was appreciating the programmers hard work too much at the time. A different take on the 'reward' model of game play in Osmos, can be considered with something like FlightCtrl (which is a nice game)... But can get boring (t...

Re: Osmos Music - More Like It>?
If you know (& like) the film "The Fountain" (with Hugh Jackman) the sound track by Clint Mansell is magically haunting and fits this game perfectly.... Especially as the film has a similarity with the 'cosmos' theme.

Openfeint integration
Love the game! Just been wondering what the OpenFeint integration is about? Of course, I went off and checked the site, etc... but thought that perhaps a simpler approach would be to add a minor note either on the App page (about it) or on the app page where you can enable it? So, gaming plebs like ...

Re: Fun to Frustrating in no time flat
Ha ha... I love it... You're busting the guys balls over $5... How about 'be in awe' of the programming feat achieved for a mere $5 a pop (EB, you should be called Eddysmooth!). All I can see is a hell of a lot of time, work, fun and uniqueness - which results in some intriguing game play. Sure, I'm...
