The game crashes on the very first screen of starting up!

Can not even open the game. Shows the hemisphere screen for like 45 seconds then closes. Help, I can't even play the 5 dollar game I bought. Tried unistalling and reinstalling.

Sorry to hear about the problem. It's a weird one we've never heard of before. You may want to ask Apple for a refund right away, though if you're patient we can try to figure it out together.

A few questions for you:
- Is this the iPad or iPhone version?
- Is your device jailbroken?
- What OS version are you running?
- Are other apps/games working properly on your device?

And as a basic troubleshooting step, it's always worth rebooting the device. Hold down the sleep (on/off) button on the top of the iPad for 5 seconds until the power off slider appears.

After the multiplayer update, even I cannot access osmos.
As soon as I start, the application hangs.

iPad 2, iOS 5.1, not jail broken.
Previous osmos version worked, after the multiplayer update crashes on start.
Please support.

Sorry about the headache. Please try rebooting your device by holding down the power button for a few seconds. That should solve the problem. (We have a fix so rebooting isn't necessary, which we'll be submitting in an update to the App Store very soon.)

Happy to say the fix for this is now live, along with voice chat and other improvements/tweaks. Please update to Osmos 2.1.
