Hi,
Great game, utterly fascinating. Love the fishbowl-screensaver feel!
But "early 2009" is now well past and gone...any chance of a summer release, at least??
Just curious! Keep up the good work!

It's true, early 2009 has come and gone. That was the plan before Osmos received the IGF nominations. Since that happened, we decided to put a bit more time and effort into it -- given the raised expectations and the motivation/morale boost! So at this point we're shooting for August. Wish us luck!

Okay, cool!! August is fine, actually...I hope this becomes the next Tetris or Pacman! Really, it's a very fun and addictive game, and even poetic in a way...just mesmerizing!

The release date for Osmos is actually August 18 -- so another 3.5 weeks

I live in france so forgive me for my English... I have pre ordered Osmos 2 or 3 days ago and waited like a kid for today^^
And there is nothing yet :p Are'nt I supposed to be receiving my link ?

Haha we can all hardly wait. Reminds me of when I was kid waking up early for Christmas and trying to get my parents to wake up so I could go open presents.
Eddy had said something about it being released some time this morning. My guess would be before noon in whatever time zone he's in. I would expect it being released in a few hours. So close now!
