It's a long story* but I used up all my downloads and I need another one.

*begin rant: I downloaded three times to my laptop because I thought 1) the install within Fusion was mucking with the program (it probably wasn't), the Windows 7 download was mucking with the install (it wasn't), then I find that my nVidia drivers were not up to date as reported by Win7 (had to go to nVidia.com to find this out). Success - on the laptop, but burned through three downloads. Then on my MacPro I just don't remember downloading it twice, but Fusion 3.0.0 has been mucking with Vista and somehow half the files in the Osmos folder disappeared - maybe because I did a system restore? It did work fine when it was there, but now....

Thanks. Did reply to billingsupport yesterday. Maybe they should check their spam filter? :)

Hi Jeff,

You should have received an email from me about downloading your reset count. Please let us know if you didn't receive it.

Thanks,
Eddy

Thanks - got it, and running fine now. FYI, the game runs VERY slowly under Vista or Win7 when using VMware Fusion 3.0.0 on both my MacPro and MacBookPro - the case with all my Windows games, actually. Not a complaint, just an FYI. Runs great under 7 and Vista in native mode.

Good night everybody,

the game doesn't want to start/run on my system (5600+,4Gb,9800GT @195.55,Win 7 RC 7100 x64).
On startup, the window/hole sreen stays totally white, so it seems not to be this low fps bug.
I tried different things like nosound and restarts(and updated oa). but it did not change anything.

Hi Sweepi,

Some people have reported that deleting My Documents\Osmos\Config.cfg once solved the problem for them. Try that first please.
Otherwise, what graphics hardware are you running? Updating your graphics drivers may solve the problem.

Thanks,
Eddy

I downloaded the game from steam, and it opens, but I just get the background, and nothing else. At first I thought it was frozen, but it moves at about one frame every 15 seconds. I've reinstalled it, updated my drivers, but it still wont work.
