Mac Osmos

The wait is nearly over for all you Mac users. (And there are a lot of you…) Aaron just handed us the first version of Osmos for Mac, and it is sweet, buttery smooth, and oh so tasty.

Osmos on Mac

We still need to beta test of course, but that shouldn’t take more than a couple of weeks. So… expect a release about a week into December! :D

About ~40% of us are still on PPC Macs, please make it a well-optimized unibin build.

Nice! I bought it on my pc at work because I smply could not resist, but a Mac version for home is sweet news..

Any plans about making an Osmos screensaver? That would be killer to just have the screen full of gentle bubbles and the soundtrack playing in the background.

@Istvan: Yes, it will be PPC compatible.
@lars: A screensaver is on our todo list.
@Micahel: We’re a small team, so one port at a time my friend.

    What a great xmas present!!!
Can I transfer my completed levels over from the windows version?

Osmos presents such a harmonic and elegant game experience. You guys have done an amazing job! Hope there is more to come!

Great news! The demo works good on my old mac too.
Works with my wacom tablet also.
One thing. Will you include a note for the keyboard shortcuts, or hot keys. Most mac people don’t have a scroll wheel. So we need to know what keys control the speed and such.
    Thanks.

Love this game! So quiet and relaxing, but still challenging. Wish there was a screensaver. Amazing graphics, an inspirational passtime. Please make more!
