Awesome :-) I was really waiting for you to do the jump into android development. Can’t wait for it’s release – good luck!

Thank you, you listened. Android Platorm is maturing. Good job. Well done for putting osmos on Android. I’m going to buy it on my new android device when it comes out.

    Awesome!!!

As I said, I’ve been checking back every few months to see how things are going. This is really encouraging. Keep up the great work and I can’t wait for the eventual release!!!

Random thought : Be sure to consider the Amazon app store as well as the regular Android Market. While I don’t necessarily think that releasing Osmos as a Free App of the Day is always a good thing, there are lots of people who *do* go to that app store to check the free app so that would be a way to potentially get your app more visible once it starts to get popular and show up at the top of the rankings.

(Note: I’m not affiliated with Amazon in any way. I just really want more good games like Osmos to come to the Android platform!!!)

    Time for an update.
You taunted us with a photo of a running port nearly 2 months ago…

I crave the relaxation of space-mote driftings!
    Time for an update.

Love your game on the PC, seems like the ideal game type to crossover to the touch screen systems. Hope you are getting close to release for Android devices!

& echoing others above: a more substantial update on progress would be appreciated

    Hi everyone!

Sorry about the radio-silence and delay. We *thought* we were closer and were shooting for a November release (along with more info leading up to it); but the folks doing the port had to do a big refactor to support Froyo, which broke some things, and… well, it’s starting to look like it’ll be another month or more!

I hope to post back in this spot within two weeks with more news.

    Thanks for your patience! =)

When I sold my iPad in favour of an eeePad transformer this was the single piece of software I missed most!
I look forward to the Android port (I now own 4 android devices :) ), please put me in your e-list if you have one
That would make for a wonderful Xmas present ))))))

FWIW, I’d pay you for an android version right now and happily wait months for the actual product.

I’ve briefly played this on an iPad than I tried the demo on Steam. While great, the touch interface rules.

I got a galaxy 10.1 for xmas and i’ve already played through loads of games and they just don’t compare to Osmos. I played it with a mouse but now I want to use my 10 inch touch screen!
