i just bought Osmos on steam and went to laod it and saw the loading sounds screen and then it crashes.
I have vista 64bit and its on a brand new laptop so i dont think that its a hardware issue. Pleas help

Thanks for your post. Judging by your logfile, Osmos is crashing while trying to enumerate sound devices that support OpenAL. Can you please verify you've got the latest drivers for your soundcard and motherboard? Even if your laptop is new, the bundle may not be packaged with the latest updates from hardware manufacturers.
If the problem persists after a driver update, can you please visit the Create Labs' download page and run oalinst.exe, the latest OpenAL installer? Also, if you run the ALCapsViewer application, does it list any OpenAL-supporting devices on your machine?
