Did not Receive download link

I purchased the full version from the hemisphere website, paid with paypal and made sure my mailbox wasn't filtering it out as spam and have still not received my download link. I also sent an e-mail to webmaster@hemispheregames.com explaining my problem but have yet to receive a response. This looks like a great game and I wish I could start to play it....

Sorry to hear that. The developers have been extremely busy, but usually dispatch a reply (email) pretty quickly. You'll have to wait until they email back or reply on the forums to sort this out. Sorry that you can't play Osmos right now.

I just received the download link and got the game installed. I appreciate all of your help with this. I am not really sure what happened to the e-mails, but all is well now and the issue has been resolved. Great game, great support, keep it up.
