Achievements are not completed although game is completed

Hi there.

I have a problem:

I downloaded Osmos (fantastic game btw) from GFWL. I have completed almost the entire game, except for the last level on F3C (epicycles 3):
Completed Sentient levels, Completed Ambient levels, and am one level away from completing the Force levels.

My issue is this: I have not yet earned the achievements for:
Master of the Deep;
Viral Master;

And other achievements that have to do with completing all the levels. Am I missing something? If I have completed (as far as I can tell) 95% of the game, why is it that many of the 'level completion' achievements remain uncompleted?

Can someone help me out please?

EDIT:

And uh.... forgive me for seeming like an idiot, but... the Master of the Deep achievement states: Complete five levels in any Forever zone
I don't have any Ambient Forever zones.

I have completed: All of "Ambient Welcome"; All of "Ambient Tour"; All of "Ambient Impasse"; All of "Antimatter"; and all of "Deep Ambient". Nowhere do I see a level for an Ambient Forever zone. Am I REALLY crazy, or am I really missing something????????

Hi Darms,

Without giving anything away, have you unlocked the Osmos bonus content by completing the core game yet?

Har har... well maybe that is the issue. Define 'core game' thought. If that refers to all the bubbles (and sub-bubbles) on the ambient, sentient, and force levels, well, I have to complete one final level in the core game.

After I complete this level, do more levels appear? And is that when I can get the missing achievements?
